Appointments :

we appreciate patients arriving 15minutes before their scheduled time to process personal information.

  • Please notify us 48 hours in advance if you cannot make your scheduled appointment, so that we can care for another family in need. We appreciate your consideration, and will be happy to reschedule you.
  • Scheduling: We want the best experience for our patients. Younger children and older adults tend to do better earlier in the day – so please request a morning appointment. We recommend morning appointments for those with a lot of treatment to be completed as well.

Walk-ins Welcome :

we welcome walk-ins for exams and emergency care. We do prioritize those with appointments, as we know your time is valuable.

Same-Day Treatments :

we offer same-day treatments for our patients, however we prioritize patients with scheduled appointments. We will gladly host you in our lobby if you choose to complete treatment the same day as your exam!

Children’s treatment :

We welcome a parent to be with their child during treatment if a child will be more comfortable. For the safety and privacy of all patients, only one adult is invited, and other children who are not being treated should be supervised by a responsible adult in the reception lobby.
